The non-refundable registration fee is $40 per student entry. Fees for accompanying sponsors/teachers and guests will be $20, non-refundable. Due to time constraints, only 10 students from each category will be accepted to present their paper — categories with entries greater than 10 will be pre-judged using their submitted abstracts to determine the 10 presenters. Sponsors will be notified if their students HAVE NOT BEEN selected for presentation.

Due electronically (WORD format) at time of Student Online Entry Submission (closes at 9:00 a.m. on March 6, 2008).	Abstract Guidelines	Abstract guidelines are available to help you write your abstract. Please follow the abstract requirements closely.
Due electronically (PDF or WORD formatted) to outreach@science.tamu.edu no later than March 21, 2008	Research Paper / Oral Presentation Guidelines	Guidelines are available to help you organize your research paper and oral presentation.

ALL Online Entries - Will close at 9:00 a.m. on March 6, 2008	Student Entry Form Each student must submit abstract with online entry.	To submit entry, student will need: Abstract file (see guidelines) to submit online. Name and email address of sponsor/teacher accompanying student.
	Sponsor/Teacher Entry Form Each sponsor/teacher accompanying student(s) must submit an entry form.	To submit entry, sponsor/teacher will need: School contact information (address, zip, phone, fax). Names of students you are accompanying.
	Guest Entry Form	This is a PDF form that must be printed, completed, and faxed. Guests (persons attending not sponsoring or competing) must submit an entry form by fax: attn: Bonnie 979-845-6077.

Due with payment and copy of online confirmation form no later than March 21, 2008.	Release Form ALL student entrants must submit a release form.	This is a PDF form that must be printed, completed, signed, and submitted per instructions upon entry confirmation.
