NOTE: If you are entering teams in BOTH B and C division, you must also fill out the 'B' Division Registration form.

Regional Tournament Request:

Register your team(s) from the available openings*. If your first choice was unavailable, indicate your preference on the waiting list for that tournament location. Tournaments will be filled on a first-come basis.

NOTE: Your registration is not complete until payment is received. If payment is not received within 15 business days, you will be notified by the State Director's office, your reservation will be dropped and you will have to begin the registration process again.

* MY LOCATION IS UNAVAILABLE - WHAT DO I DO?: Tournament locations who have completely filled the number of available openings will not be visible in the dropdown menu for the "Registered Tournament Location." You will need to choose an alternative location in that menu, but you can register as an alternate for your first choice location by selecting it in the dropdown menu for the "Alternate Waiting List" and if a spot becomes available we will contact teams in the order received.

* THERE AREN'T ENOUGH SPOTS AT THE LOCATION FOR ALL MY TEAMS: If there are less spots available than the number of teams you are requesting, it will not allow you to complete your registration. You will need to either choose another location or decrease the number of teams you wish to register.

DO NOT SEND PAYMENT TO THE REGIONAL TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR.

Team fee includes:

  • One Coaches manual
  • National Science Olympiad affiliation fee
  • Texas Science Olympiad affiliation fee
  • One Regional Science Olympiad entry fee

Registrations will be subject to a $50 late fee after January 3rd.
